Details of the L Race
2100m swim in the Benfeld lake and its natural environment with 2 Australian exits (40 m walk/run on the beach)
82km bike with a flat part followed by the hilly vineyard, then a mountainous part up to the Champ du Feu (1,100 m) and the finish in Obernai
21km run (3 loops of 7 km each) in the touristic city of Obernai and its surrounding vineyard
